Renovating an apartment or office is a chain of interrelated works, and the result depends on how clearly the process is organized. Our team carries out renovation step by step, discussing each step with the client in advance. We renovate both newly built premises and those that have been in use for many years, taking into account the features of the building and the client’s requirements. We begin with an inspection and measurement of the premises. Based on this, the scope of work, the required materials, and the sequence of phases are determined, and the client receives the cost estimate before the work begins. We then move on to the construction phase: dismantling old coverings, leveling walls and floors, and installing electrical and water systems. At the end of each phase, the completed work is inspected, and only then does the next phase begin, so that the final finishing is carried out on a solid and properly prepared base. The final phase is interior finishing: painting or wallpapering the walls, installing flooring and doors, and connecting plumbing fixtures. Supplies and the work of the teams are coordinated according to a plan prepared in advance, so that the process runs smoothly. Throughout the process, we regularly inform the client about the work completed, and any change in scope or timeline is agreed upon in advance. Upon completion, the premises are cleared of construction waste, and the completed work is accepted together with the client.
