Shintec is a construction company founded in 2024. We specialize in the development and renovation of residential and commercial projects. Our work covers apartments, private houses, townhouses, offices, and other spaces. We have completed renovation projects for more than 50 apartments and commercial spaces, most of which were carried out in Yerevan. In the development area, our first major project is Paysage Townhouses, currently being built in Dilijan. We work on a full-cycle basis, from the project concept to final handover. Throughout the entire process, the client deals with a single accountable team.
